I thought this was pretty good because it talked about how far food travels before it hits the dinner table. Basically it said that if you eat local that it will lessen the fuel used to transport the food and will help with the environment. Want to know more, go to the link!

i think that this is remotely true. but then again we pay more for locally grown foods.
