How organic farming can end world hunger.

I found an interesting article about how organic farming could help solve world hunger. The article points out many interesting scenarios about organic farming like: how it creates higher crop yields, helps soil fertility, helps avoid soil erosion and a few other interesting tidbits. Check out the article: http://environment.about.com/od/healthenvironment/a/organicfarming.htm

I did not read through the entire article, but it seems to be very interesting. I would imagine that, when omitting all the harsh chemicals that are used, we would be keeping the soil clean, thus making the regrowth of crops a very possible thing for farmers.

As far as the idea of it solving world hunger, I believe that we are, at this point, far from such an event. With the power invested in the people, and the actions capable of being taken, we may be able to conquer such an evil force.

Great posting!
