What's the Minnesota Project?

I found an article about the Minnesota Project at www.mnproject.org. The Minnesota project is a non profit organizaion that focus on community issues with an emphasis on renewable energy, efficient use of energy, and emphasizes relationships and building strong communtiy bonds. It has been in existence for the past 25 years. I think that this is an awesome concept. Being from Michigan, I don't know of any projects or organizations such as this. I think it helps to build knowledge and that's always a good thing.

Another great site to check out is TreeHugger.com

They get in great depth with articles about how to turn your life "green" (living better for the environment).

They discuss all the biggies. Being culinary/p&b students, this is a very beneficial site as it shows a section that is focused primarily on food and health.

Definitely check it out when you get the chance. I know you'll really dig it!
