Is Organic Coffee Doomed?

The USDA is making their restrictions on organic coffee more strict. These stricter regulations could put a drastic effect on the organic coffee market in the US. It will now be more difficult for small growers to produce orgainc coffee. Check out more at :

Organic standards at Starbuck's are extremely high as it is. I'm not quite sure if they could get any higher. Maybe their making it so we have to follow the already posted standards more closely
