trilateral energy agrement passed

The first ever energy agrement between US canada and mexico was passed today. They all finaly decided to work together to reduce energy uses. They just don't have any idea what they are going to do yet. But it has been called " another step -we belive a major step-toward enhancing global energy and security and environmental protection.
