This article discusses the fact that this year china will become the leader in CO2 production. According to china this is due to the growth of their country. They refuse to put caps on their CO2 emmissions because it is an unfair cap cause they are still developing there country. Their second reason is because they wont do it until the US decides to do it. In 25yrs china will produce more CO2 than the rest of the world.
