Minnesota for sustainable agriculture

I like the fact that Minnesota is involved with diversified crop rotation. They also stress buying locally and I think Minnesota farms have an awful lot to offer especially in late summer when the corn crops get harvested. I also like a lot of the fresh tomatos and other produce available in August. I know we can't get everything we need from local farms but it's worth it to do what you can. You get a better product and you can help preserve the environment.
