Taking the waste out of organic recycling
Being able to take our peeling and turn it in to compost would be a great thing. This is something that they are looking on doing this. They are doing a testing on this theory through a pilot recycling project in Carver County. Were you can put your organic peeling and other food into a recycling ben and taken to a compost center.

Your right, it would be a good idea. Where I work we put our used coffee grounds in a bag and people take them to spread in their garden. Anything that can reduce waste could be helpful.
