Species of special concern

This article is about endangered species of whales, turtles and tuna in fiji. It talks about why they are important to protect and why they are becoming endangered. I found it interesting because the turtle takes over 3000 years to reach childbearing age. If the number of turtles is lowered any more it may be impossible to bring the species back. At the end of the article it talks about what we can do to protect these animals.

I happen to love turtles and I never knew it takes them over 3000 years to reach child-bearing age. I think this is an interesting article on different marine life and how some are important to humans. We need to continue to keep these species from being endangered.

Wow 3000 years to just have children. And I know the turtles lay thousands of eggs so we have to do something about this otherwise we will no longer have them to look at and love.
